Elkins may not be known for anything extravagant, in fact, I said the same thing during a recent senior session in West Fork, but that’s what makes sessions here so meaningful.

We started this senior photo session in Elkins, Arkansas in a field just across from Elkins High School. The tall grass and warm evening light created a simple, natural setting that matched his laid-back personality. It also gave us space to capture one of the most meaningful parts of the session, him sitting in the field reading his Bible. It was a quiet moment that reflected his faith in an honest and personal way.

From there, we moved to the front doors of Elkins High School. With graduation only a couple of months away, it felt like the right place to pause and document this season of life before everything changes.

We finished at the Elkins High School stadium for his football senior photos. As an outside linebacker, this field represents years of discipline and commitment. With his helmet and letterman jacket, we focused on strong, clean portraits that felt true to who he is without overcomplicating anything.

We shot everything around 6pm to take advantage of that golden hour light, giving the entire session a warm, dramatic look from start to finish.
