FAQ

How do I book a session?

You can book a session through my contact page, by clicking any “Book Now” button, or by reaching out directly using the contact info listed on my site.

I only take a limited number of athlete sessions each month; especially during peak sports seasons so spots tend to fill quickly. If you’re thinking about booking, I recommend reserving your session as early as possible.

Do you photograph games for free?

I do photograph select games throughout the season, and I’ll occasionally make images available for purchase afterward.

However, most of my work is focused on custom athlete sessions and team shoots, where I can create more controlled, high-impact images that really showcase each athlete.

If you’re looking for dedicated coverage or guaranteed shots of a specific athlete, booking a session is the best way to make that happen.

What should I wear?

For your photoshoot, wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Choose outfits with coordinating, neutral or soft colors, and avoid overly bright colors or large logos. Layering and textured fabrics can add depth, and make sure your shoes match your outfit and are comfortable. Consider the shoot location when selecting your clothes. The key is to feel at ease and allow your personality to shine!

Do you do couples photography?

Yes, I can definitely help with couples photography! I'd love to capture beautiful moments with you and your partner.

How long does it take to get my photos after the session?

Typically, it takes around 1-2 weeks to process and deliver your edited photos. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

If it’s an outdoor session, we will monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren’t ideal, we can either reschedule or move the session to an indoor location, if available.

Do you offer prints or physical products?

Yes! I work with a trusted lab to offer prints, albums, and other physical products.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, my invoices are typically split into two documents with the remainder due 24 hours before your shoot.

What’s the difference between game photos and a custom athlete session?

Game photos capture moments as they happen—but a custom athlete session is designed entirely around your athlete.

We control the lighting, location, and poses to create bold, cinematic images that stand out and are perfect for social media, banners, and keepsakes.

If you’ve seen my game photos, think of a custom session as taking that to the next level.

This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.

It's totally normal to feel nervous before your first photoshoot! I’ll make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. We can go at your pace, and I’ll guide you through all the poses and ideas, so there’s no need to worry. Just relax and enjoy the experience – the goal is to capture your genuine moments, and I’m here to make sure it’s fun and stress-free! Let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like to discuss beforehand to help ease your nerves.

How many pictures will I receive?

It depends on factors like session length, the type of shoot, etc. The number of photos you receive from a photoshoot typically ranges from 30-50 for a 1-hour session, and 60-150 for longer sessions.

Do you provide props for the session?

Some sessions include props (such as blankets), but I encourage you to bring any personal items you’d like to incorporate. Feel free to ask if you have specific ideas!

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs. There may be a rescheduling fee depending on the circumstances.

Do you provide RAW files?

Currently, I don't provide RAW files for photography as this is seen as unfinished work and I want to showcase only my finished work.

Do you offer sneak peeks?

Definitely! I’ll usually send a few sneak peek photos within 24 hours.

Can you make sure you get photos of my athlete during a game?

Because games are fast-paced and unpredictable, I can’t guarantee coverage of specific athletes during standard game shooting.

If you want guaranteed, high-quality images of your athlete, I recommend booking a dedicated session or team shoot so we can focus entirely on them.
